Jobs Description

Sourcing strategy, vendors selection and management.
Vendor Contract management
Purchasing/procurement activity for material, service purchase locally and abroad
In charge of the sold import material delivery on site from Order Confirmation
reception at the factory/supplier and hand over to logistics team.
Responsible of placing the claims (claim reports) and follow-through for timely
completion
Keeper and responsible of the spare part in/out process
Manage the warehouse and keep spare parts stock level optimized and maintain
clear overview of the stocks (number of spare parts vs consumption & cost of
storage)
Ensure safe and secure warehouse conditions and material delivery on sites
Statistic and monitoring of spare part consumptions and purchase
Single point of contact for EI and NI material requests and supply
Communicate effectively and proactively with EI, NI and Sales
Follows strictly the safety rules in accordance with the company policy.

Interest in MEP, Construction technical purchase
Bachelor degree
Procurement Process, Specification, BOQ and Scope of Work require.
Proactive way in managing costs and volumes
High communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills
Basic Project Management
At least 2 years’ experience in similar industry
Good command in English (written and spoken)
Khmer (written and spoken)
Experience using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
SAP knowledge
Digital App.
