Jobs Description

Assist the General Manager in formulating and implementing the AG FODDS business strategy and annual operating plans.
Lead and oversee daily operations including production, procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and business development.
Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency, cost control, and product innovation.
Manage cross-functional teams, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product offerings with market demands.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Support business development activities, identify new opportunities, and lead project execution.
Prepare and present reports to executive management, highlighting progress, risks, and key performance indicators.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth according to the project budget plan at each time.
Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
Oversee pricing strategies, cost control, and financial planning to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
Act as Acting GM when required, representing the business unit in internal and external engagements.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Food Science, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in agribusiness, food production, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of agricultural production, distribution systems, and local/regional food markets.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Operational mindset with problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement capabilities.
Be able to use in English.
Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and food safety standards is desirable.
