Jobs Description

Conduct in-depth literature reviews and synthesize findings
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Utilize statistical software to draw meaningful insights
Prepare clear and concise research reports and presentations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate research projects
Support knowledge management initiatives by archiving research processes and outcomes
Ad-hoc duties

Jobs Requirement

Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant research experience including internship
Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and1 as part of a team
