Jobs Description

Draft written content for various platforms (website, social media, project communications) for review and approval through the team’s editorial process;
Assist in maintaining a content calendar for social media and other communications outputs;
Support and initiate the creation and design of digital communications materials such as project newsletters, banners, cover pages, PowerPoint presentations, etc.;
Support the team in the elaboration of project case studies, reports, policy briefs, posters, training materials and figures;
Update the ICEM asset library including tagging, categorizing, and maintaining archives of photos, videos, and other visual materials;
Support and assist the team’s communication requests;
Support the application of ICEM’s brand guidelines and communication standards across materials.

Jobs Requirement

Vietnamese citizen, who are in the last year of their study or newly graduated students within 6 months upon commencement of the internship;
Specialization in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
Competence with WordPress CMS or similar system, Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); and MS Office Suite, mostly for graphic designing;
Experience in using social media platforms;
A keen interest in video and photography would be an asset;
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English; Creativity, flexibility and ability to take initiative.
