Jobs Description

Office day-to-day operations including administration and secretarial tasks;
Meeting room and office space usage management;
Logistical arrangements for workshops, events, meetings and travel;
Reception and office management;
Translation, report and communication materials preparation;
Data collection, data entry and simple analysis for on-going projects;
Procurement of goods and services;
Document formatting, and laying out in accordance with the regulations;
Other duties as defined by ICEM Admin Officer and/or Admin Manager.

Jobs Requirement

Vietnamese citizen, who are in the last year of their study or newly graduated students within 6 months upon commencement of the internship;
Specialization in environment field, Economic or Business Administration, Languages, or related fields;
Competence with MS Office Suite;
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
Effective facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and/or in small teams and be flexible;
Secretarial skills;
Planning and organizational skills; and
Demonstrated passion and commitment to environment and development work.
