Jobs Description

Scheduling

  • Coordinate and communicate the training schedule on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise team to plan the Training Restaurant roster.

Student Assessment

  • Plan, schedule, and generate reports on trainee examinations (in collaboration with trainers and
  • Curriculum and Quality Manager).
  • Report in the Training Team Weekly Meeting about trainee progress and any struggling trainees that require follow-up from teachers.
  • Plan and coordinate trainees’ Final Assessment, working with trainers, Curriculum and Quality
  • Manager, and external partners to ensure logistical and practical efficiency.

Extra

  • Collaborate with the Chief Curriculum Officer to create the weekly extra-curricular timetable for trainees
  • Actively seek out and collaborate with external partners to provide extra-curricular clubs and activities for trainees.
  • Support the organization of General Meetings and Alumni Events.

Events

  • Create and organize certificates and allocate trainees to support with the annual Graduation Ceremony.
  • Plan and organize the logistics and agenda for study tours to the KOTO Foundation.
  • Plan and organize logistics and agendas for any other events involving trainees and the training department.

Trainee Services

  • Collaborate with the Trainee Services team to generate reports on student wellbeing and report to the
  • Training team and Chief Curriculum officer on any student issues that require support.
  • Work with external providers to ensure that students have the correct and up to date uniforms.
  • Collaborate with the trainee services team to ensure these are delivered to trainees.
  • Organize teachers for trainee recruitment interviews, and participate when required.

Volunteers

  • Support the Chief Curriculum Officer in interviewing and onboarding volunteers.
  • Coordinate with the training team to plan volunteer task lists, projects and schedules.
  • Advise overseas volunteers on travel arrangements and adjustment to Vietnam.

Others

  • Develop and implement the policies, procedures of all aspects of the Training and ensure that the
  • Training Policy/procedures are based on KOTO’s Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain and strengthen partnerships with training partners.
  • Participate in other activities of KOTO. Including but not limited to: external trips, alumni events, staff workshops and training sessions.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Chief Curriculum Officer.

  • Qualification in Education or Training (preferred)
