Flagship Project Delivery

• Operational Lead: Serve as the primary pointman for the day-to-day execution of the "Our Turn" project and locally delivered initiatives, ensuring all field activities stay on track and within scope.
• Project Governance: Identify and troubleshoot implementation delays or bottlenecks immediately to prevent project drift
• Compliance & Safeguarding: Enforce strict adherence to donor regulations, including the safeguarding framework, Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), and reporting protocols.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage the practical flow of resources, personnel, and participants across various training locations.
• Project Pilot: Project manage and support for the pilot of a new locally delivered KOTO program separate to the flagship. 
• MEAL: Support the systematic collection of field evidence, including participant attendance, training feedback, and success stories, to ensure all project indicators are accurately tracked.

Grants Team Support & Administration

• Technical Reporting: Draft and finalize all narrative and technical reports required for both international and local project portfolios.
• Data Management: Oversee the collection and organization of all field evidence, participant records, and success stories for impact verification
• Proposal & Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Grants team with the documentation and assembly of new funding proposals.

• Experience: 3+ years in project/program management in Vietnam, with a focus on delivering to specific timelines and budgets.
• Language: Native level of Vietnamese and Professional English are required for this role.
• Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in project management.
