Jobs Description

Research and Policy Analysis: Conduct policy research and analytical studies in areas such as Public Policy, Digital Transformation, Performance Management, and Strategic Advisory. Produce policy briefs, analytical reports, and research documents for government and international partners.
Project Implementation: Support the implementation of research and advisory projects by coordinating research activities, contributing to project deliverables, and ensuring outputs meet professional standards and partner expectations.
Knowledge Development: Contribute to the development of training materials, policy frameworks, and analytical tools used in advisory and training programs.
Strategic Engagement: Maintain regular dialogue with senior leaders from government agencies, development organizations, and research institutions.

Jobs Requirement

Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Economics, Management, Business Administration, HRM, or a related field.
Minimum of 05 years of relevant professional and/or academic experience.
Demonstrated interest or experience in public policy, governance reform, performance management, digital transformation, or development policy.
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above.
