BOQ & Schedule Preparation

• Prepare final BOQs and preliminary schedules for all trades and all projects.

Contract Documentation

• Prepare contract conditions together with inputs from the construction department.

Cost Estimation

• Define, forecast, and survey the cost of all materials needed for the project.

Tender & Procurement Documents

• Arrange tender documents, contracts, budgets, BOQs, and all required documentation.

Record & Monitoring System

• Set up methods to record details and monitor day-works and related processes

Budget Adjustment & Change Tracking

• Track changes in design or construction work and update budget projections.

Work Measurement & Valuation

• Measure, follow up, and value supplier deliverables and completed works on site.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with the Head of Construction, site managers, project managers, engineers, and other relevant staff.

Contract Review & Clarifications

• Provide clarifications on contracts and rates, review quantities, documents, monthly claims, and variations.

Material Selection & Negotiation Support

• Advise on material sourcing and assist with supplier or contractor negotiations.

Feasibility Studies

• Conduct feasibility assessments for material, time, labor, and cost requirements.

Cost Planning & Management

• Manage cost planning from initial estimates to variations and final project figures.

Cost Optimization & Value Control

• Minimize project costs while maintaining standards and quality; centralize all cost related information

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Solid knowledge of construction and sourcing suppliers of projects materials
• A clear understanding of HSE building regulations and legal guidelines.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in quantity survey and construction.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, strong communication skills and leadership skills
