Inventory Management

• Managing inventory by accurately recording stock levels, forecasting supply and demand, and placing orders to maintain optimal levels.
• Receive goods and accurately enter them into the inventory system based on delivery notes.
• Monitor stock requests in the system, prepare materials for entrepreneur and staff. Oversee stock situations at other platforms.
• Conduct monthly stock counts for all platforms and reconcile discrepancies. Quarterly stock count with Finance team based on assigned platforms and prepare stock adjustments if any.
• Raise Purchase Orders for inventory items that fall below minimum balance and for operations.
• Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, managing supplier relationships, ensuring proper storage, and updating computer systems with all inventory data.
• Prepare and submit monthly invoice listings to the Finance Team.
• Annually preparation of minimum stocks with relevant departments to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records to support operational efficiency.
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or stock control.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
