• Supervise daily cleaning activities in assigned areas.

• Ensure adequate manpower for all shifts.

Inventory & Equipment

• Monitor and manage cleaning materials, tools, and equipment.
• Request replenishment of supplies when necessary.
• Ensure equipment is used properly and safely.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management.
• Ensure cleaning operations comply with hygiene and safety standards (e.g., HACCP if applicable).

Customer Service & Communication

• Respond promptly to cleaning-related requests from management or clients.
• Communicate effectively with the team and provide daily updates to supervisors/managers.
• Handle complaints professionally and take corrective actions.
