Answering customer phone calls
Assign callback ticket in SAP system to respective team Technician
Call to inform team Technician
On time Key in Callback report in SAP system
Monitor and follow up team Technicians to close Callback ticket in FieldLink Application
Assist in Spare part arrangement with EI Technician
Other tasks will be assigned by Direct Manager

Jobs Requirement

Strong communication skill
Have organizational skill
Flexibility to work with team
Fresh graduate
Good command in English
Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point.
Mobile Application.
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree
