Safe Driving:

Operate the vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning.

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.

Passenger Transport:

Transport passengers (CEO, VIP Guest, Staff and Student) to and from designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the vehicle, especially those with special needs.

Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers throughout the journey.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Report any mechanical issues or required maintenance to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, such as refueling or cleaning.

Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use

Keep mileage record and repair records up-to-date

Professional Conduct:

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the employer positively.

Communicate effectively with passengers and other personnel.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Confidentiality:

Maintain confidentiality of passenger information and any sensitive matters related to the job.

Emergency Procedures:

Respond appropriately to emergency situations, such as accidents or medical emergencies.

Experiences:

Experience driving in various weather conditions.

Experience driving in heavy traffic.

Experience driving long distances.

Experience driving Manual Transmission vehicles.

Experience working with multinational passengers.

Qualifications and Education:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a personal capacity.

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads.

Able to use a Navigation application to determine the best route.

Ability to lift and carry items, as needed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Speak English fluently.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
