1. Main responsibility The Safety Officer is responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. 2. Reporting and authority The Safety Officer is reporting to Project Manager. 3. Scope of work - Ensure a safety workplace environment without risk to health at construction site. - Coordinates with operation teams in setting up of procedures, policies and instructions on occupational safety health and organizes the auditing of implementation and efficiency. - Hazard identification and risk assessment with the scope of project, make improvement plan. - Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented. - Monthly inspection with maintenance and warehouse team on power tools, safety harness, and electric cable that actual used on site. - Responsible for safety inspection tools and materials. And submit the inventory report of safety materials to HSE ASSISTANT/ MANAGER - Provide regular monthly reports to the HSE ASSISTANT/ MANAGER - Conduct toolbox meeting safety training to workers, technician and staffs. - Strongly idea with development Health and Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations at site.

- A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree - At least 2 years of experience in Construction Site. - Being able to work in team and imitative skill. - Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic. - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, flexible and meet deadlines required. - Able to use Ms. Office - Good at English, knowing Chines is advantage.
