1. Operational Oversight:

• Supervise and support the daily operations of all locations within the area.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify and address operational issues to improve efficiency and performance.

2. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage location managers and staff.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

3. Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wide revenue and growth targets.
• Analyse sales trends and market opportunities to identify potential areas for expansion.
• Work with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

4. Customer Experience:

• Ensure locations provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

5. Financial Management:

• Manage area budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Review financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth. Ensure
• locations meet or exceed financial targets.

6. Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure locations comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and operational standards.

7. Reporting:

• Prepare and present reports on area performance to senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

• Lao citizen.
• University/College Degree in Medication, Marketing or related field.
• Experience 2-5 Years in Pharmacy industry
• English language ability, both written and spoken
• Good typing speed in Lao & English.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office, Emails and Other Communication Tools.
• Good Analytical Skill
• Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Honesty, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving skill and willingness to learn.
• Proven experience in multi-location management or a similar leadership role.
