Strategy & Growth:

• Development of our annual Marketing strategy & budget plan in cooperation with the HQ team
• Responsible for the achievement of the targets in terms of sales, market share and profitability in the assigned area
• Development of branding strategy to maximize brand awareness and visibility across all communication channels 

Distribution:

• Ensure availability of all our products in the market (e.g. pharmacies, hospitals)
• Monitoring and reporting of the distribution networks’ performance to the HQ
• Development and implementation of sales actions to liquidate slow-moving stock in close cooperation with our Country Supervisor 

Marketing:

• Build up marketing programs, sponsorship or promotions for products/ brand, loyalty programs, sampling and promotions, advertising campaigns, all types of media
• Development and implementation of a go-to-market strategy for the launch of new products
• Allocation of resources and schedule marketing and advertising activities efficiently

• Professional healthcare qualification with experience (e.g. medical doctor or pharmacist)
• Or: University degree in life sciences (e.g. in medicine/biology/chemistry/pharmacy/veterinary) or in marketing, management or business administration
• Knowledge in medical and pharmaceutical science
• Professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry or the healthcare sector
• Qualifications in business management are mandatory
• strong marketing, communication and people management skills
