_ Develop new clients and retain existing clients.

_ Prompt and accurate responses to all incoming queries.

_ Plan and attend to client meetings independently.

_ Handle quotations and negotiations effectively.

_ Proactive periodic reports to management and provision of solutions.

_ Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance.

_ Drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed departmental targets and to achieve the revenue target.

_ Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.

_ Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services by maintaining client records.

_ Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

_ Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including creating advertisements,

conducting market research, and creating sales presentations.

_ Develop and implement sales plans, including identifying target clients and creating sales strategies based on their needs.

_ Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through phone calls, emails,

and face-to-face meetings

_ Plan a budget for a campaign and maintain records of expenses and revenues

_ Engage in post-sale activities such as follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services

_ Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team

_ Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets

_ Research market to identify new opportunities

_ Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products

_ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

_ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the relevant

industry.

_ Good command of (Khmer &English) both writing and speaking

_ Computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet & Email).

_ Flexible and be able to travel and work on missions or bases in provincial areas.
