• Manage purchasing activities primary in engagement of supplier in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services

• Source, develop, manage supplier contract

• Compare, evaluate & negotiate contractual pricing with suppliers 

• Issue PO according to Purchase Request from project team & update system

• Monitoring & evaluating suppliers site progress, follow up closely on project schedules to

meet on time delivery

• Ensure purchasing & sub-contracting procedure in compliance with Company / Client

policies & best industry practice

• Co-ordinate with contract team to meet company’s requirements in the areas of contract awards, purchasing control & vendor service standard

• Support periodical reporting by tracking & monitoring historical purchasing activities 

• Other assignments as and when required

• Candidate must possess at least 3 years working experience

• Experience in construction company will be an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skill

• Computer literate

• Be honest and responsible towards the job.

• Willing to work hard and be flexible on timings.
