_To work on Staff Training Project, Departmental SOP, Workflow Review and quality control

for both Claims and Underwriting Departments.

_Set up an effective departmental structure, logical & smooth workflow and efficient claim rocedures.

_ Manage and supervise claim supervisors to assess and settle claims in respect of

effective corporate claims philosophy (plan and set up the effective and valuable added

sevices for consumers)

_ Ensure to effectively manage and motivate the claim staff.

_ Set up an efficient administrative support and record-keeping.

_ Check and approve all claims within the own authority and will get the approval from the upper level if it is beyond the authority.

_ Analyze claim data in order to monitor tightly the claim trend and also keep timely alert to the involved departments the claim experiences or other relevant information.

_ Control and monitor tightly internal cost of running department and claim costs.

_ Plan claim projection and budget for the department.

_ Be involved with preparing Business Plan or Business Strategy for the whole operation.

_ Provide claim training program in-house to claim staff.

_ Prepare monthly and annually claim report to the management team.

_ Provide the presentation about the claims procedure to clients.

_ Be involved with preparing marketing plan and strategy for insurance products.

_ Others jobs related to the Claims Department or the Company.

_ Other tasks as assigned by CEO.
