Responsible for managing and supervising the Sales Team; attaining or exceeding current and long-range sales and profit goals in accordance with the unit plans, programs and budget; ensuring that the established standards of performance are met by the sales unit and in accordance with the Operations and Control Team.

• College graduate – any four (4) years business course.
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years supervisory experience in field sales management in FMCG industry.
• Knowledgeable in all facets of Sales and Marketing.
• Holder of valid professional driver’s license w/ restriction code 1,2/A-B2
• Knowledgeable in MS Office application.
