1. Strategy Development:

-Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve

business objectives.

-Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify

opportunities.

-Set sales targets and marketing goals and monitor performance against them.

2. Team Management:

-Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

-Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

-Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their targets.

3. Sales Management:

-Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

-Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

-Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

4. Marketing Management:

-Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and

events.

-Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all

channels.

-Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing activities.

-Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as

needed.

5. Budget Management:

-Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.

-Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

-Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

-Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics and

KPIs.

-Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

-Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

7.Customer Relationship Management:

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

-Develop and implement customer retention strategies.

-Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.

- Fluent in at least 2 of the following; KHMER, ENGLISH, CHINESE Additionally languages or fluency in all 3 are major plus points.

➢Experience:

-Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
