1. Account Management

- Check the balance of each bank account through internet banking or telephone every day;

- Control the company’s bank account and cash in;

- Perform daily cash count;

- Make bank reconciliation sheet management every month;

2. Account Payable

- Check payment of accounting vouchers and receipts;

- Arrange the payment methods such as: cash, cheque, transfer, remittance, ect.

- Record all payable transactions into the financial system;

- Inform payee to collect the money

- Payment to supplier companies and banks

3. Account Receivable

- Print or make receipts receivable.

- Receive cash or cheque paid by customers and deposit cheque into a bank account.

- Record all receivable transactions into the financial system.

4. Outstanding Management

- Export detail of premium receivable based on Jasmin system record and the record of the cancellation after receiving payment.

- Proactively collect outstanding premium form business partners.

- Send the uncollected premium details in every 2 weeks to management.

5. Support

- Implement a detailed list of premium receivables in Jasmin system.

- Collect premium from clients who notify by sales person.

- Performs any other duties as assigned by Manager.

- Bachelor degree in related fields

- Mandarin and English communication, prefer Mandarin

- At least two years’ experience in the position with financial and banking industry.
