- Answering customer phone calls

- Assign callback ticket in SAP system to respective team Technician

- Call to inform team Technician

- On time Key in Callback report in SAP system

- Monitor and follow up team Technicians to close Callback ticket in FieldLink

- Assist in Spare part arrangement with EI Technician

- Other tasks will be assigned by Direct Manager
