Jobs Description


-Provide customer service to clients for queries regarding operation business/services.

-Support with schedule arrangement.                                      

-Coordinate with all operation staff for all matters related to operation business/services.

-Monitor the return on inspection provisional report from inspectors.

-Ensure that retained samples and reports are properly stored and documented.

-Responsible in sample disposal and kept its records.

-Perform other related tasks as assigned.


Jobs Requirement


-Bachelor degree in Business Management, English or other related fields.

-At least one- or two-year experiences in customer service.

-Well-organized with high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.

-Possess of excellent customer service skills.

-Strong interpersonal skills.

-Good in oral and written English communication, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

-Knowledge of computer skills (Ms. Office Applications).

-Resourceful, flexible, and well organized.

-Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude.
