•Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, and arrange proper storage.

•Perform regular stock checks and balance stock levels to minimize waste and ensure the availability of ingredients.

•Coordinate with the kitchen and finance departments to forecast needs and budget for supplies.

•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in storage areas.

•Proven experience as a stock manager or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

•Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•Knowledge of inventory management software and proficient in using technology to manage stock.

•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
