·      Manage the day to day running of the association, including efficiently answering all enquiries.

·      Build strong relationships with related ministries, members, and Board Members

·      Be in regular contact with the ministry of tourism and members, via phone calls, emails and in person etc.

·      Actively recruit new members

·      Write meeting Agenda’s and attend meetings prepare accurate Meeting Minutes for Boards Members 

·      Organize speakers for events; develop a schedule of online and face to face workshops and networking events.

·      Organize and deliver the member meetings, boards meetings and meetings related to governance and NGOs.

·      Working closely with other associations to be able to support each other and ensure all associations are as good as they can be.

·      Preferred if has previous working experience with association and government sector.

·      2 years of working experience in management

·      Ability to communicate effectively in English.

·      Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power),

·      Ability to type in both Khmer and English

·      A strong ability to be adaptable and flexible.

·      Highly motivated, results-oriented, driven.
