• Customer insights and data analytics : implement customer research, utilize data analy tics tools to obtain actionable market insights for business decision making

• Growth strategy & new business development with internal and external contributing to incremental business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading the marketing efforts in a digital company or as a startup founder, healthcare related experience is preferable.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Prior leadership experience in a Digital Marketing team.
• Deep knowledge of developing a brand marketing strategy High online, social media, and media affinity (incl. video / photo)
• Building operating and maintaining Agile marketing engine – running 100s of micro-targeted campaigns.
• Creativity and ideation for campaigning ideas
• Managing defining and executing offline marketing campaigns and above the line campaigns.
• Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies.
