Job Description :

1. Responsibility for activities of Bakels Thailand Business Development in close cooperation with the Sales Manager and R&D Manager.(Reporting line: R&D Manager)
2. Plan, direct, manage and coordinate all functions including the business development, R&D and Technical aspects as well supporting Sales.
3. Operate the business in a sustainable and ethical manner.
4. Strongly promote sales of BAKELS products in Thailand trough direct customers and Key Accounts and distributers to support horeca segment.
5. Support Achieve the annual set Sales budget targets.
6. Responsible for developing process to ensure growth.
7. Update to Sales Manager and R&D Manager the market business and general changes and Trends in the market.
8. Liaise and cooperate with associate companies where needed.
9. Enlarge the customer base.
10. Develop and manage an expanded wholesalers, Factories, Key accounts and sales network.

11. Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients

12. Managing client accounts assigned by Sales Manager & R&D Manager

13. Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers

14. Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment

15. Researching the market and industry trends, and support innovation by creating new ideas and solutions for yo

16. Support and conduct Seminars and Road shows upcountry or in Central region assigned by Sales Manger

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science
2. Experience Research and Development more than 3 years
