• Manage and control HR Strategies; Manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, training process.
• Analyzing training needs from annual performance evaluation and preparing a relevant training plan.
• Design structure and preparation of career path plans (Career Path) of the organization for employees.
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Develop and maintain Human Resources policies, working rules and practices. 
• Report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making
• Planning and controlling the budget management within the department.
• Plan and manage to achieve the goals according to the business plan.
• Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, law or related field required.
• 5 years up of experience in Human Resources Management
• 3 years up of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
• Have experience working in a company with a labor union
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent for computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
