Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in planning, coordinating, scheduling meetings, organizing seminars, and managing information within the organization, with partners, clients, or other stakeholders.
• Documentation: Execute, organize, and prepare various sales-related documents, including quotations, purchase requests, purchase orders, order confirmations, and seminar invitations.
• Database Management: Manage the sales job and customer databases to ensure they are current, accurate, and complete.
• Customer Relationship: Help establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. (Graduates from Food Technology or Food Industry may be given special consideration.)
• Experience: Prior experience in the food industry, such as RD, QA, QC, Production, will be considered favorably.
• Language: Proficient in English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing), primarily through email and phone communication.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, open to feedback, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in computer usage and basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
