Jobs Description

The position requires strong attention to customer relations, interactive communication skill and problem-solving ability.

_ Responds to live chats and social apps professionally and answer customers' enquiries.

_ Ensure proper follow up on customers’ request via calls, live chats or social apps when required.

_ Acquire detailed knowledge, understand the operation, and collaborate with required parties and department to resolve customer issue and promote good

customer experience.

_ Handle customer complaints, to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit.

_ Providing customized and personalized to each customer.

_ Listen to customer feedback, provide analysis on the root cause and channel the feedback to related department.

_ Be part of the team contributing on premium services by reporting on daily incident, customer behaviors and trends.

_ Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

_ Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

_ Perform customer retention and service recovery whenever required.

Jobs Requirement

_ Minimum of 3-years’ experience in any customer service industry, preferable in a virtual environment or 2-years’ experience in premium customer servicing.

_ Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.

_ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

_ Creative thinking and problem-solving skill.

_ Agree to sign a confidentiality agreement to protect customer and company benefits.

_ Required system: Windows Operating System.

_ Familiar with CRM systems and practices.

_ Excellent command in spoken and written in Bahasa Indo with English communication skills.

_ Willing to work 10 hours a day, with 8 rest days a month on shifting schedule.

_ Must willing to be based in Sihanoukville, Cambodia
