Jobs Description

Developing and implementing content strategies aligned with the company’s goals, marketing objectives, and target audience.
Manage and enhance the brands’ social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Plan, create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging social media content that aligns with the company's brands, look & feel, and brand guidelines.
Produce impactful copy aligned with the company’s brands, tone of voice, messaging, and content strategies for release at optimal times.
Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to optimize content and campaign performance.
Stay updated, explore, and implement emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media into the company's social media strategies.
Continuously evaluate and adapt social media strategies based on audience behavior and market dynamics.
Maintain a secure database of all social media account login credentials.

Jobs Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Creative Multimedia/Mass Communication or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Language(s): English. With the ability to speak Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia as a plus
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker, and detail-oriented.
Proactive in managing workload and getting the necessary information to successfully deliver high-quality performance.
Resourceful and works independently with minimal supervision.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Positive attitude, passionate outlook towards duties, and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
Intermediate to expert knowledge of social media tools, algorithms, strategies, paid advertisements, and marketing.
Interest in fashion, styling knowledge, and videography skills (CapCut or equivalent)
Experience in the Advertising / Media Planning field would be an added advantage.
Up to trends knowledge in the Fashion / Footwear / Sportswear / Sneaker industry.
Flexible and engaging writing style.
Willing to shoot outdoors and edit.
Willing to travel and possess own transport.
Willing to work in Damansara Heights
