Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist the Assistant SCO Manager in conducting ongoing development of inventory plan to determine cost-effective use of inventory investment while maximizing inventory turns and meeting service level targets. Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce costs and prepare for future growth, identify capacity gaps, and recommend changes to sourcing.
• Create and generate reports and performance analyses of KPIs, including out-of-stock, days of supply, aging inventories, and other analyses to facilitate cost and service improvements.
• Develop short- and long-term supply plans to balance the demand forecast with cost, efficiency, and capacity constraints. Optimize the flow of products through the supply chain and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate as a subject matter expert for forecasting and planning on cross-functional or global project teams. Support timely project completion and communicating action items and provide updates to the larger team.
• Use planning system tools to create tactical and strategic inventory and supply solutions effectively and efficiently. Initiate and lead system development and enhancement.
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team partners to ensure effective communication of strategic and tactical issues. Serve as a liaison between demand forecast and supply chain partners.
• Manage customer service, deployment, and transportation for the company as appropriate.
• Provide training on systems and processes; assist in mentoring team members.

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or possess supply chain planner experience.
• Minimum academic qualification of bachelor’s degree or above of supply chain, planning, procurement and logistic or other equivalent experience in field-related
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel with detail mindset
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and process improvements.
• Regular review of supply chain operations plan, cost & and product quality improvement initiatives
• Solicit support and sharing on product sourcing, supply risk, and costing.
