Customer Relationship & Sales support

-Create and maintain good relationship with Customers to achieve target.

-Daily correspondence and communication with customers and BLX network.

-Maintain customer base of existing customers and explore new business opportunities.

-Coordinating with sales dept. & overseas offices / agents on customer's requirements.

-Generating quotation, routing order, booking order, sales leads to overseas offices & agents.

-Update in Concerto on weekly sales report (Sales activity, Quotation upload, traffic created).

-Complying with Quality Management System to ensure continual customer satisfaction.

-Apply and file for credit applications and follow up for outstanding payments with customers.

-Reach KPI's agreed with Management.

QHSE & Compliance

-Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency

-Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility

-Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

-Ensure compliance to the company Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations

-Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors

Essential

-Excellent communication / Well organized / team player

-Analytical meticulous customer-focused mindset

Desirable

-2 years experience in FFWD or other files similar to Sales & Marketing

-Can speak Khmer / English / Chinese (not compulsory)

-Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communication precisely and effectively
