- Monitor and ensure credit quality in the portfolio including assessing and managing account risk profile

again to the entity level cashflow requirements.

- Coordinate with the related departments in marketing and servicing the customers.

- Conduct training on the business process regarding the system implementation and digital tools to the

team as per business needs.

- To ensure governance of data, the correctness of reporting, alignment of use cases, and promote the use of a data-driven decision-making process.

- Provide support to Business Performance Manager monitoring and improvement processes.

- Provide input to ensure that financial and commercial considerations are well protected by portfolio

assessment of the risky part.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analysis, or related fields

- At least 3 years’ experience in financial accounting, financial management, financial analysis, business

analysis, risk management, business development.

- Focus and strong communication skills.

- Confident, proactive, flexible, questionable and teamwork attitude

- Good knowledge of English and Khmer both speaking and writing

- Good knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Management Systems, and Internet

access.
