-Prepare daily operation plans and deliver them out.

-Develop, implement and Monitor maintenance and inspection plans.

-To guarantee that the work was completed in accordance with standards and safety, check and monitor the site team.

-Study and survey new extension project request by villager or authorities

-Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation

-Coordinate with EAC, GS, and EDC to ensure jobs compiled.

-Preventive unexpected factor to interrupt the power supply.

-Develop internal training material to improve team's skill.

-Set up training plan and conduct training.

-Coordinate with Head Department to prepare yearly manpower plan, budget plan

-Yearly performance evaluation

-Other jobs assigned by Head of Department/GM

-Bachelor's degree with Electrical Engineering or related skill

-2-3 years in Low Voltage and medium Voltage of Distribution Network as design, repair, maintenance

-English Good

-Good at leadership and lead team as plan requirement, Strong with Teamwork

-Flexible with additional assignments

-Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word)

-Be able to prepare BOQ

-Be able to use AUTO CARD

-Hard working, honesty, working under Hight temperature
