Jobs Description

- To handle and create service fleet activities to increase fleet customer and keep fleet customer retention

- To monitor closely Service Credit Agreement with team to ensure on schedule renewal and comply Standard Operation Procedure(SOP)

- To work out closely with Dealer and Fleet Division to increase number of credit (fleet) customer

- To handle/manage all Authorized Workshops by providing best support, 4Ss & Safety, training and kaizen (develop) activities and as a window person communication

- To setup schedule of conducting Genba/Monthly meeting with Authorized Workshop and follow PDCA implementation in order to keep sustainment/improvement on service quality as Toyota Philosophy.

- To support Customer Relation on complaint handling from customer who do the periodic maintenance by conducting root cause and setup countermeasure with Authorized Workshop Service(AWS) Owner

- To lead/coordinate the mobile/emergency service team for supporting on technical issues and reinforcement on Periodic Maintenance Standard Operation Procedure in case of required by Authorized Workshop (AWS)

- To lead/manage mobile/emergency service team for providing service to customer both Coverage/Non-Coverage Area in order to increase customer satisfaction, retention and achieve the service KPI Target

- To manage/monitoring service tools, equipment and vehicle belong to mobile/emergency team

- To perform as a safety leader in mobile/emergency service

- To develop/revise Guideline/Standard Operation Procedure(SOP)/policy as business's need

- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Jobs Requirement

- University degree in Management/Business or other related fields

- Good knowledge of communication and convincing skills

- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Speedy and accuracy job requirement

- Good at problem solving

- Strong time management and result-oriented toward the job

- Logical thinker, able to work efficiently with raw data, and provide analysis

- Proficiency in English language
