Responsibilities and Duties Supervise and manage the daily operations of Sino-Cambodia warehouse in accordance with the company’s standard procedures. Track the entire process of goods arrival, inventory, abnormal inspection, inbound, sorting, outbound, dispatching, returning and signing, control the quality of operations and improve the efficiency and accuracy of goods circulation. Coordinate the work with customer service department, assist in handling package exceptions, customer reminders and complaints, improve service quality. Instruct and train employees to improve their work efficiency and reduce the error rate. Routine safety inspections to ensure the safety of warehouse property and funds. Complete other tasks assigned by the operations director.

Qualifications and Skills Bachelor degree or above. More than two years of warehouse management experience, with experience in express and logistics is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility and strong ability to withstand pressure. Good communication skills in Chinese/Khmer/English.
