Job Responsibilities 1. Manage and maintain the filing documents of warehouse all warehouse transactions 2. Communicate receiving sale invoices for delivery and send back to relevant departments 3. Track staff attendant and maintenance warehouse hygiene and security SOP 4. Handle petty cash expenses, petty count, payment settlements, purchase requests 5. Support the office supplies and office stationary for the operations 6. Receipt all visitors to the company, ensuring that their requirements are promptly dealt with and that they are given a favorable impression of the company 7. Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Requirement 1. Hold bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related fields; 2. Have at least 1 year experience in managing delivery of agriculture products or consumable goods 3. Be flexible, challenging, honest, patient, hard-working and high responsibility 4. Good attitude, communication and interpersonal skill 5. Good knowledge of basic car arrangement and maintenance 6.
