Set-up and Start-up of operations: •Monitoring of installation of plant & equipment •Receiving, installation and commissioning and initial trials of equipment •Commercial production and getting effective outputs •Ensuring compliance from Quality and safety point of view during installation and commissioning Production Planning and Management: •Prepare monthly production plan based upon the demand plan given •Plan for raw material, first distillate requirements and organize procurement •Co-ordination with consultant and PR Asia for distillation, blend development and quality •Execute distillation blending, bottling, QC checks and maintaining specific records Distillation and Blending •Distil and blend the products as per the guidelines given by the wine consultant and PR technical team •Each batch is prepared as per the developed formula and protocol •Maintain product formulations and Product Manuals Incoming Raw and Wet Goods: •Ensure goods received are checked and stored in good condition •Conduct Quality check of bottles, closures, labels, shippers and distilled liquor; Maintain records Stock Management: •Calculate all dry and wet goods requirements as per approved monthly production plan •Reconcile all dry and wet goods inventory after each production run; Record and report wastage report

•Technical skills for installation, commissioning and operations of packaging machines & equipment •Man management •Negotiations during any kind of local procurement •Technical understanding of bottling/ packaging operations •Knowledge of Quality systems - ISO22000, ISO 9001 (Desirable) •Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Office •Proactive nature with good Inter-personal skills
