Jobs Description

Job Description • Greets and converses appropriately with customers who approach the Pit area. • Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting and paying bets. • Ensure game speed is both comfortable for the Player but within the requirements of the company. • Able to take direction from the Supervisor or above. • Protects the integrity of games through game protection and follows appropriate procedures. • Reads, verifies and signs appropriate documents when necessary. • Has a working knowledge of the properties facilities or can direct a Players query to the Supervisor. • Meets attendance guideline of the job, adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. • Remain alert to any unusual or questionable activity by gaming customers and take appropriate action to correct the situation within established guideline and procedures. • Analyze customer play for possible cheating, scams, counters, or other unusual play and take appropriate action. • Implement and assure compliance with company policies and Local Law. • Ensure the working environment is keep clean and tidy and Players are receiving a high level of service from all relevant departments. • Perform other job-related duties.

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirements • Must have 2 years and above experience in Table Games dealer position, knowledge of Baccarat, Sic Bo’ procedure. • High School graduate or equivalent experience. • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Initiative to entertain customers and enthusiastic to work. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). The ability to speak Mandarin Chinese or another Chinese dialect is preferred, Japanese or Korean are a plus.
