Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Regularly monitor the number of customers that late payments which we can check in the Abacus and FileMaker systems. - Properly consolidate and prepare a list of late customer names on times. - Set a list of customer name that have to deal by the order of potential level. - Responsible for creating regular customer name list (Normal) in order and in time. - Phone reminders all customers (normal customers) of the month to be paid by using Appropriate or suitable phrase and try not to put bad image on the company. - Negotiate with customers effectively by telephone and have to use methods, strategies, words, that are useful to the company by standing on clarity and strictly. - Regularly monitor any payment delays to make sure that the previous settlement was effective and what the outcome was and what strategy should be changed further. - Cooperate well with local authorities, national institutions, private institutions, local people and learn about people's attitudes to facilitate communication and retrieval of necessary information. - Must be able to develop strategies, procedures, words, plans, team formation, handling, acting, including the use of facial expressions, intimidation, praise, promote strict planning, be flexible to the circumstances and real situation, based on a strong spirit. Be clear and think of the profit of the company as a whole. - Make regular, accurate and timely reports by uploading to FileMaker Reporting System (As a document and in person). - Request opinions from branch manager to solve difficult problems or request additional forces to participate in solving problems if necessary. - Report to the branch manager in a timely manner in case it is found that there is a blacklist, there is fraud and other problems that the company is facing or may seriously affect the company in the future.

Job Requirements - Graduated BA in Finance and Banking, Business Administration or any related fields. - Knowledge in loan assessment (optional) - Available to rotation work shift - Be able to use Microsoft word and excel, computer application and email - Be able to use English - Good communication and Team work - Good behaviors and personality - Accepting AP culture, such as coming to work early and participating in cleaning
