• Making outgoing calls to a list of people that the company provides • Produce call reports to track the productivities and key achievement from the call assigned • Ability to convince or persuade client to achieve the call purpose or call KPI • Follow service standard to meet service benchmark • Follow up customer call where necessary . • Be able to handle the first level services on Customer Complaints.
