Jobs Description

• To handle and resolve critical queries/complaints specific language market. • To provide assistance and coaching on issues as necessary. • To liaise and coordinate with different internal departments on resolving customer’s cases & complaints in a logical and professional manner. • To provide objective feedback related to team development and training needs. • To communicate and implement departmental policy and procedure changes with associates. • To run day to day workflow and meet department service levels. • Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.

Jobs Requirement

• Applicant must be able to work in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. • Must have strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Windows Operating System. • Applicant must possess a Diploma/Degree in any major. • Strong customer service domain experience and excellent people management skills • Related experience working as an operations Team Lead/Supervisor for at least 1 year. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English. • Pleasant personality, service oriented, accountability and open minded. • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving. • Ability to work under pressure, independent. • Ability to work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week on shifting schedule.
