Jobs Description

- Prepare Guest’s registration form for check-in - Handle guest’s check-in and check out - Collect prepaid rental fee and deposit upon tenant arrival - Performing refund deposit upon tenant departure - Settlement payment collection in the billing system - Print and generated invoice/receipt from billing system given to guest when she/he needs - Handling cross check on room charge posted in the billing system - Performing on running night audit activities and generated daily income report - Print Night audit report submitted to Managements - Prepares daily summary collection cash/credit card report submitted to accounting and operation/leasing. - Handing on room reservation inquiry request through walk-in or via telephone call - Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service - Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments especially housekeeping, maintenance, leasing, and accounting etc. - Operates the telephone equipment system, including, assisting incoming & outgoing calls, setting wake-up calls and transferring a call to guest and management office - Ensure Front office log book is always updated and follow up action - Monitoring on CCTV Camera located at front desk counter - Record all incident and accident happened during night shift - Attend and manage on any emergencies happen such as fire alarms, lift trap, flood, bomb threats, suspicious item…etc. - Report any suspicious persons, activities, hazardous conditions to the Head of Concierge/Operation Manager - Ensure that the front desk areas are kept clean and tidy up including Lobby areas - Attend additional task assigned by superior

Jobs Requirement
