Jobs Description

1. Skilled in handling shipping operations: contacting customers, quoting prices, checking and delivering documents, handling bills, collecting receivables and payables, tracking goods, etc. 2. Collate and archive documents; 3. Deal with all kinds of emergencies and give timely report to superiors; 4. Complete other related work assigned by the superior; 5. Jobs Requirement

1. Proficient in office software; 2. Good command of Chinese and English, proficient in using English to communicate emails; 3. Experience in logistics and transportation is preferred; be familiar to handle both of FCL and LCL shipments; 4. Good teamwork spirit; 5. Serious and responsible at work, quick thinking, good customer service awareness, strong communication, coordination and expression skills, adaptability, anti-pressure ability, and ability to deal with emergencies; 6. College degree or above, major in international trade, logistics, foreign trade is preferred; 7. Strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work. 8. Can Speak Chinese.
