•Ensure guests entering the Hotel/Casino lobbies are greeted •Maintain head counts of guests entering and exiting the premises to ensure capacity limits are maintained •Effectively communicate directions •Maintain proper elevator capacities at all times when working in the Hotel lobby area •Create a pleasurable experience through smiling, small talk and casual conversation with guests •Maintain a level of patience with guests (complaints, lost items, general directions) appropriate to the situation at hand. Contact a Security Lead, Supervisor, or Manager as the situation dictates •Escort guests upon request to areas on property as appropriate •Accurately answer guests’ questions regarding the property, special events, and other products and services •Ensure unique needs or assistance is provided to all guests requiring special attention •Perform all duties with upbeat and positive attitude while maintaining presenting a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance •Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards •Perform other duties as assigned
