Jobs Description

Key Responsibilities: +Customer Service: -Handle simple complaints and enquiries from walk-in customers and LICs, and to ensure that all pending, complex cases and complaints are escalated to supervisor/manager and relevant sections and follow-up promptly -Working closely with LIC on application submission, verify, check, scan and upload or key-in in the Life Asia system as needs -Follow up with LIC to ensure the policy submissions are completed -Collect premiums (initial and renewal) from walk-in customers -Receive, check requests of policy alterations and submit to respective functions. Ex: address, telephone number, policy profiles, etc. -Attend to and fulfill policy enquiries by customers and persuade customers to remain their policies -Receive documents for claims and others from customers or sales force -Identify sales lead and refer customers or sales lead to the appropriate frontline sales e.g. sales desk, or Regional Head +Office Management and Administration: -Management of Receptionists, Admin Clerk, Tea Lady and Security Guard -Room booking, car pool and messenger -Record of utilities consumption (electricity, water etc.) -Counting, tagging and recording of fixed asset -Cleaning and pest control; No paper in the fire exits -Management of evacuation plan/Fire drill (acting as Tenant Marshall) -Accident log -Implementation of clean desk policy,   -Request, process and manage staff ID Card, Building Access Card, and Name Card -Arrange seating/space and other support that necessary for both staff on-boarding and off-boarding -Request, stock, deliver and track usage of stationeries, drinking water, staff refreshment such as tea, coffee, milk and household items such as tissues, toilet paper, washing liquid Key Accountabilities: -Correctly and accurately information provided to customer and up to date. -Maintaining all equipment in Customer Service as properly taking care. -Contribute to team goals and objectives such as Turn-Around-Time (TAT) from submission to key-in and pending ratio.

Jobs Requirement

A fresh graduate with at least 01 year experience in customer service and/or receptionist Positive attitude, self-starter, independent, detail oriented and well-organized Maintain a professional behavior when dealing with customers Ability and accuracy of work and cash handling Ability to type Khmer Unicode Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email. Good in English and Khmer both spoken and written Excellent communication skills Local is preferred
