Jobs Description

- Plan, implement, executive, and evaluate the student retention plan and strategies to make sure that all parents’ complaints/ requests/ suggestions are addressed professionally, and in a timely manner. - Make sure that all parents’ feedbacks are stored confidentially and appropriately. - Perform face-to-face or virtual conversations with parents to discuss their complaints/ concerns/ requests/ suggestions if requested. - Report to the Business Development Manager and management the breakdown or reports of the parents’ complaint/ concerns/ requests or suggestions database. - Serve as the school’s representative at external and internal functions or event as per requests. - Coordinate refreshment organization for the school’s community events. - Build strong and trusting relationships with all families and parents. - Escort prospective parents with admission staff as an initial point of contact as per request. - Seek in solutions/ feedbacks from relevant staff personnel or department in response to complaints/ concerns/ requests or suggestions. - Perform relevant tasks as assigned by the manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Services, or related field. - Experiences in working with clients/ customers, preferably in education industry. - Strong communications, problem-solving, and proactiveness skills - Ability to work positively with other departments to ensure that all parents’ concerns/ complaints/ suggestions/feedbacks are addressed on a timely manner and professionally. - Ability to take initiative in coordinating and organizing activities and events. - Ability to accurately collect, organize and maintain data and information for reports. - Be fluent in English and Khmer, particularly in the areas of speaking, reading and writing - Must have flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as during parent and/or community events - Experience in the computer literate.
