Jobs Description

- Plan, implement, and evaluate student recruitment and retention plans within the Business Development Department. - She/he will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective the admission process, from the inquiry stage to admitted stage of an enrollment. - Manage and supervise Front Desk staff including Front Desk Supervisor, Front Desk Officer, and Client Accountant - Work collaboratively with the Business Development Department to achieve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) - Participate in flexible processes to ensure that student admissions are effective and efficient. - Show initiative, good team work and take responsibility for processes and outcomes within a team environment. - Make decisions about the eligibility of applications based on the submission of the required documents. - Issue offer letters to potential enrollments by consulting closely with academic team. - Oversee and coordinate student recruitment collaborations with sales agents, parent ambassadors, B2B, etc. - Participate in recruiting events to attract and source students as needed. - Provide appropriate follow-up communication actions with prospective students regarding inquiries on school curriculums, campus facilities and student life, fees and scholarship opportunities. - Serve on the admissions committee. - Design, implement and execute student recruitment and outreach strategies that will influence and increase applications and admits. - Conduct informational sessions (face to face or virtual). - Maintains recruitment and marketing materials. - Design and conceptualize new programmes for recruiting and create new project plans for incorporating recruiting strategies. - Increase our presence and develop new recruitment and outreach initiatives. - Design analytics from the new CRM to determine student trends. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Communications, Sales etc.) - Experience in sales, preferably in admissions and enrolments for education industry. - Experiences in sales strategies, preferably in education industry. - Experience of having worked within a customer-centric, service delivery sector, education sector experiences a bonus - Experience of high-level networking to build creative and mutually beneficial relationships - Experience in working with client relationship management software or systems - Fluent communicator in Khmer and English and high level written and oral skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work under pressure and remain calm - Willingness to take on multiple tasks - Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved - Self-motivated and enthusiastic - Ability to work independently - Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Internet & Email).
